For students enrolled in other training programs, housing is available for $95 per day. This rate includes all utilities and high-speed internet, with no hidden fees or long-term commitments. Our housing options are designed to be practical, reliable, and distraction-free – so you can spend your time where it matters most: flying, studying, and progressing toward your career goals.
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming living space with plenty of natural light and modern furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together.
The two bedrooms feature comfortable beds and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for everyone. There are comfortable King beds in the both bedrooms. The bathroom is clean and stocked with essential starter supplies for your convenience. There is a full private basement with a washer and dryer for you to keep your clothing fresh and clean. In addition, the basement has a lot of storage space.
Outside, you’ll find two parking spots, making it easy to come and go as you please. Plus, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, providing a peaceful atmosphere for your stay.

- We provide a 100% Smoke smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. If we find there has been smoking a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.
- It is the Guests’ responsibility to take the trash can for their apt to the dumpsters
- Clean all dishes prior to checkout.
- Empty all food from the frig and pantry before checking out
- Please remove trash from the apartment prior to checking out
- We allow dogs that are prescreened. No dogs are allowed on the furniture, unless you cover it with a blanket of your own to protect it. All dogs should be crated when you leave the home, if there is any chance they will misbehave. Please see the Pet specific rules for more information.

- If you break anything, don’t worry, it happens, please just report it, so that we can replace it for you and the next guest
